TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to FrontRow Promotions. The following are the rules or "Terms" that
govern use of the FrontRow Promotions Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting
the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these
Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. FrontRow
Promotions reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective
immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site
periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, FrontRow Promotions may
terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your
ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
BOOKING CONDITIONS & TERMS OF PAYMENT
("the Client") when the client has confirmed requirements by, inter alias,
facsimile, letter, written order form or telephone and FrontRow Promotions have
accepted such a booking-an invoice being proof of such acceptance.
1. The Contract
A contract shall be deemed to have been made
between FrontRow Promotions and the booking client.
Services Provided
FrontRow promotions are a worldwide broker of
event tickets. We specialise in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out
events. Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of seats to
almost any event in any city. Due to the efforts and costs involved, all seats
are sold at above face value.
2. Policies
Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable
availability. Due to the nature of the business, delivery of the tickets may be
as late as the day of the event. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed
together, neither can rows or sections.
3. Price
All prices quoted are exclusive of Vat. In event of the
rate of Vat being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the
client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued. The
premium charged above the face value of tickets, to Sold Out Events, reflect our
costs of obtaining preferred seating and are based on supply demand and seat
location on your preferred date. If your first choice of ticket is not available
we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the
next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund. All deposits
are non refundable. 4. Payment -Tickets Only

4.1 The full price of the booking must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4.2 Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled FrontRow Promotions will strictly only be liable for the face value of the ticket. |
5. Cancellation or Variations by the Client

5.1 Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to FrontRow Promotions at the address above.
5.2 Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to FrontRow Promotions at the above address and is only effective if accepted in writing by FrontRow Promotions. |
6. Consequences of Cancellation by the Client

6.1 Cancellation by the client- Corporate Hospitality, Special Events and Tickets with Corporate Hospitality If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client more than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable for 25% of the total price of the booking. If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client less than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable for the total price of the booking.
6.2 Cancellation by the client- Tickets only In the event of cancellation by the client, the client shall be liable for the total price of the booking. |
7. Alterations to advertised packages

7.1 All advertised packages are subject to availability
7.2 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before of after confirmation of the booking. Were such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking. FrontRow Promotions accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, FrontRow Promotions agrees to use reasonable endeavours (such reasonable endeavours to be strictly subject to the organisers/promoters of events and/or other third parties making alternative packages available and further subjects to FrontRow promotions right to change the price applicable) to provide a reasonable alternative package and the client agrees to accept such reasonable alternative package.
7.3 FrontRow Promotions have the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted.
7.4 FrontRow Promotions reserves the right to provide tickets in a different area in the event that we can not obtain the tickets ordered.
7.5 FrontRow Promotions reserves the right to cancel any booking and we will refund full payment in the event of being unable to obtain the tickets booked by the client.
7.6 Under no circumstances can duplicate tickets be issued. We do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred in the event of us refunding monies and cancellation of bookings
7b. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform FrontRow promotions of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address
Please check tickets on delivery as mistakes can not be rectified at a later date.
It is your responsibility to confirm dates of the events. We will not be held responsible for errors or date changes of any event

Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of FrontRow promotions and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss or enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by FrontRow Promotions.
8b. Postal strikes
FrontRow Promotions will not be held responsible for industrial action taken by Royal Mail or any other delivery or courier company which may result in the delay of delivery or loss of tickets.
9. Transportation
FrontRow promotions shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellation or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of state, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of FrontRow Promotions.
10. Liability of FrontRow Promotions

10.1 The client hereby acknowledges that FrontRow Promotions acts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that FrontRow Promotions will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party.
10.2 In any event FrontRow Promotions shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it's guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
10.3 FrontRow Promotions will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
10.4 FrontRow Promotions will react to customers queries via email or phone within 2 working days of the intial enquiry. |
11. Law and Construction
The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and FrontRow Promotions and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
Permitted Use
You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by FrontRow Promotions to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by FrontRow Promotions to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of FrontRow Promotions and/or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed. Please do not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.
Disclaimers
FrontRow Promotions does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FrontRow Promotions cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. FrontRow Promotions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FrontRow Promotions will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.

FrontRow Promotions is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site.
Ownership of Materials
All materials on FrontRow promotions website are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. FrontRow Promotions materials may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without FrontRow Promotions written permission. Except as expressly stated in the limited licence provision of these terms and conditions, FrontRow Promotions does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information.
Copyright Policy
We will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license express consent, valid defence or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit Content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the Content they upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or publicity rights). FrontRow Promotions does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against FrontRow Promotions for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site.
Prohibited Content
The following is a partial list of the kind of Content, which is illegal or prohibited on the Site. It includes Content that:
is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; could be harmful to minors;

Offline Conduct
Although FrontRow Promotions cannot monitor the conduct of its Users off the Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from this Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent.
No Commercial Use
No area of this Site may be used by our visitors for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of tickets, merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain our prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not resell or link to other sites for the purpose of selling tickets of any kind.
Access and Interference You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the FrontRow Promotions web site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own person, non-commercial use) from our website without the prior expressed written permission of FrontRow Promotions.
Unauthorized Use of the Site
Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including, but not limited to, unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, or unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated devise on the site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that in FrontRow promotions sole discretion, and without prior notice, FrontRow Promotions may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized User Content, if FrontRow Promotions believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use violated the rights of FrontRow promotions, another User or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to FrontRow Promotions for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. FrontRow Promotions may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. FrontRow promotions are not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will FrontRow Promotions be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if FrontRow promotions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disputes
This site is controlled and operated by FrontRow Promotions from its offices in the United Kingdom. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by English law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in court in London, England without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FrontRow Promotions, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site. |
